Capri Motel Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Rooms

Motel was old not worth Liked: Location you could walk to boardwalk and pier. Disliked: Motel is old needs renovation bad. Bed is old bed cover needs to be washed

Easy check in , staff was very welcoming to me and my family , packing was tight but we made it work rooms were ok . Liked: Very close to beach was able to walk around and river runs right in front of it . Disliked: Someone car alarm went off throughout the night but other than that no dislikes .

Great place to stay for the price and proximity to the boardwalk. Liked: I liked how it was within close proximity of the boardwalk. It was great to be able to walk instead of having to drive and pay for additional parking. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and kind enough to put me and my family in a room right next door to each other. It made things so much easier. If anything was needed, staff was on top of it, never leaving us waiting for too long. Disliked: I think the blankets could have a little better. Most days one of us was cold because of how thin the blanket was.

Pretty area! And cheap. Liked: Location was very nice, 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/bwach, very nice. Disliked: The shower was crazy, half the water went outside the area.

Liked: I liked that it's a fairly close walk to the boardwalk. The staff helps with anything you may need to make your stay better. The price was very good for the time that we stayed. I know the price is higher during the summer but great during spring break time. Disliked: There isn't really anything I can say that i didn't like about may stay.

We had an excellent trip. The hotel price and location made it feasable for our family to take the trip Loved hiw clos Liked: 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Close to anything you needed within walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Offered covered parking. Definetly older facility but all in all fit our needs and we throughly enjoyed our trip. Our first time to the area. Disliked: Not that we didn't like it, but upgrading of the bedding would make the room a little more eye catching. Very old style but it didn't take away from the trip. Just a suggestion

Biohazard Disliked: Bed bugs! Pubic hair and blood all over everything! Beyond gross

We ended up leaving at 2AM because the place was crawling with roaches

It was safe friendly and convenient for the price and location .I would stay again . Liked: The front desk guy was really nice and when my key had a problem when I came back from board walk at 1030 pm I rang Bell and he came out to help me.after hours the best thing was the price for that area so close to beach ... . the location is close walking distance from boardwalk and wharf and food .. had a coffee maker in room and fridge nice to have ...it Disliked: The rooms were out of date plane no wall hangings or bling lol .. just two queen beds a night stand and TV on wall .. it's not a dive hole but it's just old out dated .. if they did some updating to the deco in and out it would be more desirable ...

As soon as I checked in the check in was stressing. Liked: The location. Disliked: The staff don’t have any empathy.

I'm just glad that this stay is over. Liked: Location Disliked: Hair on bathroom floor, tub and counter, dead roach on the floor... curtains on the view side didn't close all the way.

Bad customer service Liked: Price and location to boardwalk Disliked: I ordered one Queen room, was then given and two double. Went back to the front desk and ask if I can get it what I paid for and ask for and they said no and I said why I said because it's the same thing what's the difference he said you don't have to use the second bed.I had to be aggressive and say well then I'll never come back here again if I can't get what I asked and paid for. Why are you arguing with me. You clearly have the room available their are only two cars in the parking lot. He went ahead and exchange the room but only after my treat of not ever booking at this location again.

Liked: The gentleman in the front desk was very respectfull he let me checked in early.

We'd stay again Liked: Friendly, courteous staff, easy check in process, excellent wide parking spots and well lit. Disliked: The door to room was very heavy to slide shut. And would have liked more pillows on bed
