  : Pleasant staff, good room.
  : Bed was just okay. But only main issue was no hot water (lukewarm at best). I don't think a hot shower is too much to ask.

  : It’s close to the Broadwalk and you can find some groceries near by
  : I won’t say it’s bad, since you do not expect a lot from motels in general. It’s cold, but there is a heater, once you turn it on it gets too hot. So you need to play with the heater quite frequently. During the summer time it won’t be a problem. A little noisy since it’s close to the big road, but it wasn’t a problem for me

  : Saves you on parking. It’s within walking distance to the boardwalk
  : Roof was being repaired at the time of our stay, and on two other nights, other visitors were blaring their music. One night we had to go wake up the manager.

  : The staff were very nice, the room was very clean and you can tell they emphasized on sanitation. Bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets smell fresh and clean. Nice views of San Lorenzo river and very short 5 min walk to the boardwalk and downtown Pacific ave. Ernest
